Provision of this website
When you visit this website, the hosting provider may process server log data that is technically required. This may include your IP address, the time of access, the requested file, the amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system information. This processing serves to provide the website securely and reliably.
Cookies and analytics
This website currently uses no analytics, marketing or tracking services and stores no cookies that are not technically necessary.
Contact form and direct contact
When you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, message, selected topic and preferred response method. Company and telephone number are optional; a telephone number is required only if you request a response by phone. We automatically send a copy of your enquiry to the email address you provide.
The data is processed to handle and respond to your enquiry. Where your enquiry concerns steps prior to entering into a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interests are efficient business communication and protecting the form from misuse.
To limit automated submissions, the IP address is processed only in hashed form for a server-side rate limit. Only submissions within a ten-minute window are taken into account; expired temporary entries are cleaned up automatically. Form data is not stored in a website database; it is transmitted to us through our hosting and email service providers.
Form enquiries are generally deleted after ten days. If an enquiry results in a contractual relationship or statutory retention requirements apply, the relevant data will continue to be processed for the applicable retention periods. If you contact us by email or telephone, we likewise process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
